These terms govern use of funnelefficiency.com and our client platform at app.funnelefficiency.com (the “Platform”), operated by Funnel Efficiency (“we”, “us”). By using the website, signing in or connecting an account, you agree to them. If you act on behalf of a business, you agree for that business.
Our services
Marketing services are governed by the agreement between us and each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Content on this website is general information, not a promise of any particular result.
The Platform
The Platform is available by invitation to our team and our clients. It reports on advertising and analytics data and, where a client authorizes it, makes changes in that client’s ad accounts.
Connected accounts
When you connect an advertising or analytics account, you confirm you are authorized to grant us that access. You can revoke it at any time from the platform or by contacting us. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.
Acceptable use
- Keep your sign-in credentials private and do not share your account.
- Do not try to access data that belongs to another client.
- Do not interfere with, reverse engineer or overload the website or Platform.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts our systems or clients at risk.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. We use it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website and Platform, including their design, text and software, belong to Funnel Efficiency. Ownership of work we create for clients is set by the client agreement.
Disclaimers
The website and Platform are provided “as is”. Reported figures come from third-party platforms and can be delayed, revised or incomplete. We do not guarantee any particular advertising result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the website or Platform.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
