Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Funnel Efficiency (“we”, “us”) is a growth marketing agency. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (funnelefficiency.com), our client platform (app.funnelefficiency.com, the “Platform”) and the integrations our clients authorize with advertising and analytics providers, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and details about your marketing.
  • Website usage. This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and the performance of our own advertising. These record information such as pages viewed, referring URL, campaign parameters, browser and device type and IP address.
  • Platform accounts. Name and email address of the team members and client users who sign in to the Platform, and basic sign-in logs.
  • Connected ad and analytics accounts. When a client authorizes a connection (for example Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Display & Video 360, TikTok or ChatGPT Ads), we receive access tokens and read campaign structure, ad creative and copy, landing-page URLs and aggregated performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. We do not request the personal information of people who see or click our clients’ ads.
  • Workspace data. Files, meeting notes and messages that clients share with us through connected tools such as Google Drive and Slack.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls and provide our services.
  • To produce reports, dashboards and recommendations for the client who owns the connected account, and to make changes that client has asked for in its own ad accounts, such as editing, pausing or renaming campaigns and ads.
  • To measure and improve our website and our own marketing.
  • To keep our systems secure and working.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share one client’s data with another client, and we do not use data from a client’s connected accounts for any purpose other than serving that client.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, database, scheduling, email and analytics providers) under confidentiality obligations; with advertising platforms through the website tags described above; or when required by law.

Platform data policies

Our use of information received from Meta, Google and TikTok APIs follows those platforms’ developer terms and data policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Information is stored with our service providers in the United States. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, access is limited to authorized team members and each client’s data is kept separate.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. We keep client data for the length of the engagement and as needed for reporting history. When an engagement ends, or on request, we delete the client’s connections, tokens and synced data.

Your choices and data deletion

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
  • Clients can revoke our access to a connected account at any time from that platform (for example in Meta Business Settings under Business Integrations).
  • To access, correct or delete your information, email info@funnelefficiency.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes.
